It is so sweet !!

How old are our maple trees ?? 50 , 100 and 250 years.  Sugar time is our quality time. Back in time…a rest to recharge energies. 

On 60 acres we have 6000 maple trees producing 24,000 pounds of organic maple syrup every year.

All our by-products are available at the cheese factory.
