Alfred Le Fermier

This cheese  proudly  bears the name of my ancestor Alfred (the farmer) Bolduc.

It is a farm cheese made of organic raw milk, cook pressed cheese, curded on wood board . Its  sunset yellow rind has a  pleasant wood smell. It stands out mostly by its supple texture and the complexity of  fruit, caramel and honey aromas.

Alfred the farmer is offered on different maturing stage :

  • 8 month aged (regular)
  • 18 month aged 
  • 24 month aged
