Raclette de Compton

The Raclatte de Compton is a farm organic cheese made from cow milk  ripened from 60 to 90 days. It is a semi-soft cheese ,and its colour is a mixture of ivory and gold. Its washed rind is copper and its texture is supple and melty.It releases buttery and chesnut flavours.

We serve as a raclette diner or on a cheese plate


Organic unpasteurized milk, salt, rennet, bacterial cultures.
