The Raclette de Compton with pink peppercorns is a farm ,organic, milk cow ripened from 60 to 90 days. Its washed rind is copper , it is a semi-soft supple and melty cheese with buttery and chesnut flavours. The organic pink peppercorns center-filled, yield their perfume under the action of heat.
