Explore our indoor and outdoor interpretive experience at your own pace, every day — even in winter.

Step into our Discovery Space, where all your senses come into play. Immerse yourself in the atmosphere of our aging cellars, discover the scents of the countryside with our aroma organ, and enjoy a view into our three main aging rooms, where you may even catch a glimpse of our cheese-aging robot at work, brushing the cheeses.

Along the way, learn more about the craftsmanship behind our cheeses and discover the work of both the cheesemaker and the farmer.

The self-guided experience is available during our boutique opening hours. And while you’re here, be sure to taste our cheeses!
