Our Cheeses
At first sight, our cheeses look the same, but under the rind of each of the cheeses we can smell flowers, herbs, aroma from the pasturage that make them very different. Firm or semifirm cheese that smell cave, hazelnut, caramel, honey, butter, fruits and flowers.
