If you gdrive by on Hatley road, in Compton , you will have the chance to gaze our cows grazing freely\u00a0 in our meadow.Our cows lie at\u00a0 the heart of our cheese production. Our heard is composed of 85 dairy cows .How many cheese can a cow give every year ?? About 130 cheese whell of Alfred the farmer or 232 cheese whell of raclette.<\/h5>\n

Our meadow<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n
As early as May 15th our cows are free to eat fresh herbs, such as white clover, wild clover,alfalfa,trefoil, graminea such as broma and timothy, all from our meadow.<\/span><\/span>. The fertilization of our land is completely organic certified \u00c9covert with\u00a0 green manure .\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/h5>\n
