Immerse yourself in the atmosphere of our aging cellars, discover the scents of the countryside with our aroma organ, and enjoy a view into our three main aging rooms, where you may even catch a glimpse of our cheese-aging robot at work, brushing the cheeses.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1896\" data-end=\"2030\">Along the way, learn more about the craftsmanship behind our cheeses and discover the work of both the cheesemaker and the farmer.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2032\" data-end=\"2159\">The self-guided experience is available during our boutique opening hours. And while you\u2019re here, be sure to taste our cheeses!<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2161\" data-end=\"2310\"><em data-start=\"2161\" data-end=\"2310\">*No reservation is required for the self-guided experience.
