Hatley Road

The Hatley road is a farmcertified organic cheese. Its firm rid is ripened between three to eight months on wood boards of floral, fruit and almond aromas.

The Hatley road took its name from the path used by the stage in the old days when they were traveling from Quebec to Boston. Nowadays , the cheese factory  “La Station ” is on the side of that same road.
